Andela Products offers several gypsum board reduction options, from a small unit that can be carried into houses, to a bulk fed system that will process 10 tons per hour. The gypsum board is pulverized and then, depending on your application, can be screened to produce a fine gypsum powder, a coarse grind that contains some paper, and paper that is mostly free of gypsum. These commodities then can be marketed, allowing you to not only save on landfill disposal costs, but giving you a product revenue stream as well. Dust collection is available and recommended for these units and systems, as gypsum dust is very fine.
