The Andela Gypsum Board Reducer model PGR is sized for ease of carry through doorways and even up stairs. Built in several pieces, the PGR is simple to assemble and disassemble, and yet is a powerful hand fed machine that will reduce scrap gypsum to a 3 inch minus material. Use this model on construction sites in order to save on tipping fees at the landfill.  

The Andela Gypsum Board Reducer Model AGBR-1 is a compact but powerful hand fed machine that will reduce your scrap gypsum board into a powder and granular gypsum mix along with larger pieces of paper.  A complete system designed with screening and dust collection will separate the gypsum from the paper into separate recyclable products.

The Andela Gypsum Board Reducer model AGBR-11 will process 10 tons per hour. This unit is normally paired with a trommel separator and a dust collector, with the equipment being installed in an enclosed container or room to help contain the dust. A series of infeed and discharge conveyors can be designed to best meet your needs and available space. This system will allow you to process scrap gypsum board to three different products: a fine gypsum powder, a coarse gypsum grind that will contain some small paper, and paper that will contain some gypsum. Each of these materials have markets that can be explored locally and regionally.
