Andela Pulverizer Systems
This system reduces glass, and many other frangible products, to "friendly sand sized material" which has no cutting edges. It will separate it from most other non-frangible material and discharge them at different points. Capacities are available from 1 ton to 20 tons per hour. The Andela Pulverizer may be purchased alone for size reduction of uniform frangible material.

Andela Breaker Systems
Another system traditionally used for glass. It will reduce frangible material to cullet acceptable for use in furnaces. Capacities are available from 1 ton to 20 tons per hour. The Andela Breaker may be purchased alone for size reduction or as the key element in a system used for product destruction such as "out of date" canned or bottled goods.

Andela Windshield Stripper Systems
Offered under a territory license program only. This is an exciting business opportunity that capitalizes on our ability to break, separate, pulverize and trommel windshields to recycle the processed windshield glass and the separated PVB layer.

Andela Gypsum Board Recycling System
Built on the technology that made us successful, this self contained system will break down gypsum board into two grades of gypsum and separate them from the paper facing. Screws, nails and corner bead can be removed with the magnetic separator. A dust collection system is standard with this 40’ long Containerized Package.

Andela CRT Recycling System
This revolutionary system is unique in its ability to process whole CRT, VDT, and TV tubes into separate pulverized glass and metal products. The system will process one tube every three to five seconds. It is delivered in its own environmentally enclosed security container complete with dust collection system.

Andela "COSS" Commingled Separation System
Another unique product to simplify the processing of commingled recyclables and separate them into three products; aggregate sized glass and other frangibles, ferrous metals, and residual plastics.
