The Andela Pulverizer comes in units ranging from 1 to 20 tons per hour, and reduces all types of glass to 3/8^th of an inch or less. When paired with a trommel separator, the glass is screened to a sand and gravel consistency, with the trash and residue removed. The pulverized glass is angular in shape and has no sharp edges, which allows the glass sand and glass gravel to be used safely for many different applications. The patented flexible impactor system allows you to process mixed materials such as dirty MRF glass or single stream residue, harvesting the glass from these mixes and saving up to 80% or more on your costs for landfilling this material.
